Service Description
This is a summer mash up series where kids can dabble in different dance styles, dress up to fun themes and enjoy various crafts and games tailored to the week's travel destination. Attire: Kids must either wear something appropriate for the themed dress up week or simple black or pink dance/athletic attire. Kids must come with basic ballet or jazz shoes and be neatly groomed including hair. Students must arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled meeting so the class can start on time! Liability Release and Refunds
Liability Release: Artistry in Motion, it's staff, members and other affiliations are not liable for any injuries or health conditions that may occur while using our services. Any observation and or participation regardless of campus location and type of activity is at individuals own risk. Additionally, the company is not liable for any personal lost, stolen or left behind items. Refunds: Students will not receive a refund unless it is an emergency or long term participation removal due to a prolonged injury where the student can not finish the season or series. These will only be given at teacher's discretion and there is no guarantee. Credit may be granted as an alternative depending on the situation. Should the instructor have to cancel a series, team season, class, etc, then a refund will be granted. Observation Regulations: Parents with kids under age 10 will be allowed to watch at teacher's discretion. Other children/siblings are allowed on the premises but must be watched at all times. Should they become a distraction to the class, parents may be asked to leave. Children are not allowed to use any items including toys, not belonging to the company. Families will be expected to clean up after themselves and be responsible for any personal items brought with them. Other requirements Please note that participants and families involved with the Artistry in Motion Dance Collective must adhere to the attire guidelines, payment process/schedule, class calendar and additional company policies.
